sax sounds fine to me, its a pretty ....dodgy instrument i'd suspect so off-tuneness could just be part of its nature.

Although the quality's pretty poor, this original version (as opposed to your remix) is something special. Its got this weird feeling to it, because of the cutoff effects you used and such, and all the gated things and whooshes, its got this insane uplifty feeling that I for one love.
The quality's insanely bad but that doesnt even stop me from listening to this piece.

I cant hear the kick, bass isn't really there either, EQ all that out to make it more audible and hence noticable.

I never really thought of it as clean, but you say "for a NG track" so I guess I can see where you're coming from. XD
I used Nexus for the bass, though it should be easy to make a synth like it with simple VSTis like 3xOsc. In fact, I should have done that, it would have saved a TON of CPU... D:
We do need more trance like this on NG, but what we need even more than that here are good trance artists that try to submit often and make themselves easy to find! ;D

Review part: Your drums should be much louder, I couldn't hear them one bit, only the percussion. Also maybe they were a bit too fast for the tune? I don't play drums btw, so don't take my advice 100% but IMO you should really slow down the sound of your drums, sound meaning, dont turn the BPM down but just take some of the percussion "fills"(is that what they're called?) out so it can sound more balanced.

Your bass is terrible.
Its the kind of bass that sounds low but really its not. I played your track "Sweet Dreams" on my friend's huge sub system in his car and he said the bass could have blown his speakers <---- that doesnt mean it was loud, NOR good, that means your lows were actually mids and were insanely amplified for some reason.
Egh, just try and lower your bass but still keep some mids in so its audible. Aside from all that complaining, :P Nice track and nice generated beats.
But seriously, lower your bass, even on my iPod headphones I can tell its not real bass.
